We will need to receive payment with the purchase in order to initiate the process. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through Paypal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
We use PayPal for all payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

All orders are shipped via UPS. We’ll advise of despatch and tracking numbers.

Lost Packages and Shipping Issues: Once we send an item, it is at the mercy of the carrier. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, we highly recommend it. Please email us prior to making your purchase so we can set-up a listing that includes the added cost of the shipping insurance. We do not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping. Also, please take care to list a secure shipping address to avoid problems with loss and theft.

International customers: All packages may be subject to customs and any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer and not Love is All Bridal.

Please note: All sales are FINAL. All of our pieces are handmade and made-to-order. Due to this, we are unable to accommodate returns*. Please take care in obtaining accurate measurements for selecting your size and ordering a bespoke dress.

All of our dresses are made-to-order in standard sizes, not custom-made to your measurements, unless requested. Our size chart reflects body measurements, not garment measurements and may not reflect your usual size in ready to wear clothing. Please be aware that bridal sizing is often smaller than ready-to-wear sizing. Don’t be alarmed if the size your measurements indicated is not the size you normally buy off the rack.

We strongly recommend you ask an experienced tailor to take your measurements and for that we can supply a ‘how to’ document.  We also offer a made-to-measure service and will be happy to advise, but we can accept no responsibility for incorrect measurements. If a new dress is needed due to an incorrect size ordered, you will be charged full price for the dress, including rush fees if applicable.

Love is All is not responsible for changes in size due to weight gain or loss.

Alterations: You should expect to have alterations made in order to get the perfect fit. Love is All does not offer alteration services and is not responsible for the cost of alterations, so please choose your size carefully. Dresses are made to order; the price of the dress does not include alterations. We are not responsible for any alterations made after you receive the garment. We always recommend choosing the larger size if a measurement falls between sizes. It is much easier to take in a dress than deal with one that is too small.

Damage and Loss: We do not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping.

Production: Please allow 6-8 weeks for production of your handmade gown. Please don’t wait till the last minute; we recommend ordering your wedding gown at least 2-3 months prior to your wedding date.

Production lead times may vary during the year and become shorter or longer, depending on high/low wedding season, current production load, etc. We’ll keep you updated.

Rush Orders: We can usually accommodate rush orders. For information on costs, please contact us.

Because all our pieces are handmade, there may be small discrepancies between your product and the one photographed on the model. We do our best to make our reproductions exact, but often this is down to interpretation. Alterations are not included; your local tailor will be able to make any necessary tweaks.

Swatches: Samples of fabrics used in producing your chosen Love is All design will be provided.
However these are indications only; it’s possible your dress will be made from a different batch. We’re also dependent on our fabric suppliers and in the rare instance that a particular fabric becomes out of stock, we will replace it with suitable substitute.

Customisation: All of our gowns can be customised to some extent, to meet your needs. If you feel you’d like to make any changes to the design, please contact us for advice on feasibility, plus pricing and time difference. If you decide on customizations after making your payment, we will happily issue a PayPal invoice for the difference.
